In the winery, the production process respects the identity of each grape variety, the year and the soil.
Our philosophy is to intervene as little as possible in the processes. The wine process happens in stainless steel and concrete tanks, depending on the range of wines. Manual treading and pumping up techniques are used according to varieties. The wine rests in French oak barrels, foudres, (large barrels that contain 1000L) concrete tanks and egg-shaped polymer tanks.
